All bookings for Banya Forrest entry tickets must be made in advance through our official website or reception team.
Each purchased ticket is valid for 6 months from rescheduling from the date of purchase. After this period, the ticket will automatically expire and cannot be used, reactivated, or refunded.
Guests are required to present a valid booking confirmation (digital or printed) upon arrival.
Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend scheduling your visit early to secure your preferred date and time.
2. Rescheduling
Guests may reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the original appointment time, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the booking may not be accommodated.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a rescedule of date towards a future booking (valid for 6 months).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
No-shows will be considered as last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.
In the event of unforeseen operational issues or maintenance, Banya Forrest reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings, in which case guests will be offered an alternative date.
4. General Conditions
Entry tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the person named in the booking confirmation.
Banya Forrest reserves the right to refuse entry to guests arriving late, intoxicated, or not complying with our wellness and safety rules.
All guests must follow house policies and instructions from our team at all times for a safe and pleasant experience.
